About this Event
Discover traditional Scandinavian bakes to make for your loved ones this winter. You'll learn how to work with enriched dough, making two classic Swedish buns: sticky cinnamon buns and kardemummabullar, as well as a classic Danish rugbrød. We'll have a little break to enjoy a seasonal selection of Scandi smørrebrød too, made by our chefs.

Class Size: Maximum 20. There will be a blend of working individually and in pairs to ensure you get the most out of your course with us. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.
What's Included:
- Breakfast of pastries, tea and coffee
- Smørrebrød served with an alcoholic or non alcoholic drink
- An apron to wear in class
- We do the washing up; you relax and focus on your cooking skills
- You will be given all recipes for you to recreate at home
