Say Word Wednesdays is a night dedicated to poets and poetry lovers. You can always expect sensational performances from some of the best poets in and beyond the city at SAY WORD. Hosted every 3rd Wednesday of the month, this gathering creates space for powerful storytelling, connection, and community.
This month, we’re celebrating National Poetry Month with a special feature Kristen Harris, also known as KMoney The Poet, from St. Louis Missouri. She is a spoken word artist, author, and youth advocate known for powerful, community-centered work. She uses her voice to uplift, represent, and speak for the voiceless.

Dress Code: Casual or preferred
The following event regulations apply:
- Sign ups on site (random order)
- RESPECT THE POETS/RESPECT THE MIC
- No weapons allowed
- No outside alcoholic beverages
- This is a safe space for ALL, hatred of any kind will NOT be tolerated
- All ticket sales are final, NO REFUNDS (Tickets purchased can be used for future shows, reach out for more info)
Performers:
- Poetry/Spoken-word only
- Open mic sign ups will start at 7:00 & close at 8:15 OR until the list fills up. Early arrival is encouraged! Note: There will be no spots saved. First come first serve.
- 5 min max- 1 Poem under 5 minutes (as we move through the list we will open this up)
- Please be respectful & support other poets
- DO YOUR THING!
