About this Event
Join If The Words Fit and Jen Frankel as we dive deeper into the world of the written word: a closer look at poetry that circles around depression and madness. And since it's close to Halloween, maybe we'll get scared out of our wits too!
Jen Frankel's recent publications include a poetry book, Mayhaps: Poetry of Longing, Loss & Love and a 10th anniversary edition of her Amazon best-selling satirical horror novel Undead Redhead. Her stories have appeared in Analog Science Fiction and Fact and Amazing Stories magazines, and anthologies like Earth (Eerie River). She co-produced the Queer on Stage Festival in Hamilton and her plays have been produced for the Frights of Spring (TAP London), New Ideas (Toronto) and Dark Crop (Cambridge). She is a member of The Writers’ Union of Canada, and hosts literary open mics and other events in the GTA.
