Say it is a 90-minute workshop designed for exactly that feeling.
Through warm, low-pressure exercises inspired by improv, you'll practise thinking on your feet, speaking up in the moment, and getting more comfortable saying what's actually in your head — before it's perfectly polished.
What you'll work on:

- Getting out of your head and into the conversation
- Feeling more comfortable being heard
What to expect on the night:
- A warm, relaxed room — no performance, no cringe
- Fast-paced, fun exercises that actually work
- Max 12 people, kept deliberately small
