Celebrate the arrival of fall with Wonder to Wander Travel at the Dallas Arboretum for a uniquely immersive morning retreat focused on movement, mindfulness, and the joy of seasonal flavors.

On Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 9:15 AM to 1:00 PM, we’ll begin with an all-levels yoga practice surrounded by the natural beauty of the gardens, followed by a restorative sound bath to help you unwind and reset.

Then, continue the journey through taste as we explore global culinary traditions in a hands-on cooking class. Together, we’ll prepare and enjoy three internationally inspired fall desserts, each crafted with seasonal fruits and warming spices—celebrating the sweetness and richness of autumn from around the world.

This experience invites you to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and step into the new season with intention, creativity, and nourishment for both body and soul.
