Enter a world where who you are and what you say truly matters. Each word spoken by you is heard. We listen as if no one else exists and nothing else exists.<h4>

We begin with ice breakers, beginning to connect while getting ready for the challenge ahead. We spend the next couple of hours expressing ourselves through sharing personal stories with each other and exploring this special environment.
We'll be in and out of the sauna a few times, using the heat to create a heightened sensory experience. The heat helps us get into our bodies quickly, which accelerates our ability to connect to ourselves and each other.
We keep the temperature moderate and enjoy the cool breeze, cold showers and (for those of who want an extra thrill) the cold plunge. If you want to wrap up instead, that's ok too. You make this experience your own.
We also have the privilege of guided breathwork by experienced instructor Tom Nickalls. As we take breaks from the heat, we'll be energised & uplifted.

At Deep Connections, we favour inspired personal stories. You don't have to worry about what to say, when it is your turn you will feel it. Silence is also welcome. We don't have to speak immediately. Taking time to feel and think is welcome here!
In addition to being a fulfilling experience, it also serves as training. You will become a better expresser of your stories and a more powerful speaker. A skill you can use in all your interactions.
This is also a great opportunity to discover parts of yourself that have been dormant or haven't had a chance to be expressed during the rush of everyday life.
Once we step inside, there's no chatting or wasted words. We're here for each other as we go on a deeply connected storytelling journey, expressing ourselves authentically and powerfully.

After 34 years of holding back and being too scared to speak the truth, he’s become dedicated to expressing himself deeply through speaking his mind and sharing his stories. He is compelled to give as many people as possible that same opportunity. For 10+ years he's guided countless others on deeply expressive, connected journeys, just like this one.
He'll go first, sharing deeply and providing a clear example for you. He's also there for you. If you find it challenging to express yourself he will support you in unlocking that part of you.
He'll also help be there to help you speak more from your heart and less from your head. Expressing from a more deeply connected place.

This is a journey of connecting deeper to yourself as you speak and feel, while being supported by a wonderful group of people who are here for you. And you are here for them.
You may arrive as a stranger, possibly even to yourself. Leave knowing yourself and each other in a deep and beautiful way. The impact of this experience could transform the way you show up with others in your life too. That often happens to those who attend one of our Deep Connections experiences.
Bathed in the heat of the sauna we'll come into our bodies. The increased sensory experience will enhance our connection to what we feel, making our words and silence far more powerful.
We also have the privilege of being aided by coach and breathwork facilitator Tom Nickalls. He's providing breathing breaks that connect us deeper to our bodies and increase our inner space.
It's a beautiful experience that has the potential to positively impact your relationship with yourself and others. Not just during, echoing out into your life.

On the day
We keep the sauna temperature lower than usual. We're using heat to support our connection to ourselves and each other. We're not challenging ourselves too much with the heat. From time to time David will open the door to let cool air in.
16:15 - 16:30 - Arrive and we welcome you. Check in, meet others.
16:30 - 16:50 - Ice breakers. Connect with each other, warm up your storytelling, get changed and ready.
17:00 - 18:30 - We experience the heat and connective power of storytelling and sauna. The experience continues in and out of the sauna. Take advantage of cold showers and plunges if you want to. Enjoy breathwork and games lead by Tom.
18:45 - We bring the experience to a connected close, shower and get changed.
19:00 - Some of us will go for a walk and share some food to continue connecting. Join us if you feel inspired to.
