Join us for Garden Sauna's first ever "Sauna Social" and enjoy a laid-back, intentional evening where you can relax, unwind, and connect with folks in your community!
It's all about good vibes, great company, and intentional connection. Enjoy light refreshements and settle into a calm atmosphere with soft, relaxing music.
This gathering is open to both members and non-members of the community; whether you're a regular with us or it's your first time stepping in, we'd love to have you!
Enjoy open access to our sauna and cold plunges, and move at your own pace between contrast therapy and socializing. We'll have a cozy lounge area and tea table set up in our main studio right next to the sauna space, perfect for relaxing and chatting!
If you're in the mood to dive deeper into conversation, or need a little help getting things flowing, we'll have some conversational prompts in the space to aid in connection and keep things light and fun!
Come solo, or bring a friend! This is a space will be curated and facilitated to allow you to recharge while meeting others, and enjoying a more intentional kind of social Friday night.
