Slow your weekend down with a long Yin practice.In these seasonal workshops we use the physical practice of yin yoga to help influence the flow of chi through the meridians in the body. Yin yoga is a slow, quiet practice that incorporates longer held postures. Props are offered to assist in finding mild to moderate sensation, and to create space to let go physically, emotionally, and energetically.
