Saturday Stretch & deStress with Goat Yoga

Kick off June with Goat Yoga! Farmer Rob of Good Green Earth Farm is back at Gorman Heritage Farm for two (2) sessions of goat yoga! De-stress, laugh, smile, and enjoy the pure silliness and fun of Goat Yoga!!!

Each session is a 45-minute Goat Yoga session followed by 15 minutes of petting and picture time. This event is suitable for ages 10 and up and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All participants must provide their own yoga mat and water bottle. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than the session start time in order to check in and set up your yoga mat.

Sessions will be led by Farmer Rob of Good Green Earth Farm; who has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, and studied in India. These yoga sessions are a beginner's level gentle class (no prior yoga expericence required)where you will learn the basics of stress reduction through yogic breathing and postures.

The goats are small baby or Nigerian Dwarf goats that run about, climb on you, snuggle, and bring laughter spontaneously in the moment as only goats can do!!

A minimum of 16 must register for this class to take place. If we don't reach the minimum, the class will be canceled and registrants will receive a full refund. A standard Liability Waiver from GGEF is required to participate and must be signed by a parent for minors. The waiver will be available at check-in. The waiver can also emailed to sign in advance if the minor is going with a friend and the parent won't be in attendance. Goats are from Good Green Earth Farm.

Good Green Earth Farm is an educational farm that brings farm animals to schools and daycare centers all around the Cincinnati and Dayton regions.

• No ticket refunds within 2 weeks of the program except in the case of Gorman Heritage Farm cancelling the program.
