This is a deeply calming experience where you don’t need to do anything, just lie back, rest, and allow the body to settle.
During the session, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation as sound and vibration move gently through the body. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and soft percussion, the sounds help to ease tension, quiet a busy mind, and support the nervous system to slow down.
At the beginning, Kate will talk you through how sound healing works and why the body responds so naturally to it, helping you feel at ease even if this is your first time.
This isn’t about music or performance. It’s a quiet, supportive space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself time to properly rest.
The session takes place in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside. You’ll be invited to lie back on cushions and blankets in a softly lit space, with drapes and fairy lights to help you fully switch off. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable.
This session is suitable for both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to sound healing, returning after some time away, or simply finding it hard to relax or switch off.
You don’t need to do anything, just listen, rest, and allow the body to unwind.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply relaxed.
