Brand New Workshop!Intermediate Dress-making Workshop with Caron
If you’ve completed the Beginners Sewing workshop and/or have basic sewing experience then this is a great follow-on workshop focusing on dress-making.
As in the Beginners workshop you will work with a sample folder building up samples for future reference.
We will look at inserting side pockets from a pattern piece and in a pre-made item, blind zips, facings, button holes, working with lining, bias finishes and waist band finishes.
You will then make a Japanese apron from a basic pattern piece adapting the pattern piece to your measurements.
The reference folder is yours to take home along with your samples for easy reference so you can keep creating.
Sewing machines provided.
