Join our FREE Saturday, LGBTQ+ run club (& optional brunch after, please book your table HERE) - GAYNS by GRNDHOUSE. Whether you're a seasoned runner or you're just starting out - we've got you. Our run club is inclusive, fun and open to all levels.

We meet every Saturday at GRIND London Bridge at 9:45 am.

The 7K Route: Along Thames toward Westminster Bridge, cross the bridge, back along the Thames towards London Bridge, cross the bridge, back to GRIND.
