Saturday on the Mat is a 45-minute mat Pilates class for all levels focused on learning the fundamentals and building each session.About this Event
This class is about understanding your form, moving with control, and getting stronger over time. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll be guided through the basics in a way that helps you improve and progress each class.
Expect a steady flow set to a playlist ranging from Afro beats to Latin to hip hop. Positive vibes only!
What to expect:
- 45-minute mat Pilates class
- All levels welcome
- Class #1 will focus on fundamentals & principles going at a slower pace. Small class max 10-12 participants
What to bring:
- Your own mat
- Water
Grip socks are welcome.
Important:
- Class doors open 10:50am and close at 11:05 AM, no late entry.
- Please arrive on time to get settled before class begins.
- All participants must sign a safety waiver.
