Join us every Saturday morning at beautiful Mission Bay Beach for a fun and supportive Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) group session and lesson. Whether you’re brand new to SUP or want to brush up on your skills, this is the perfect way to start your weekend on the water.Our friendly instructors will cover the fundamentals of board handling and water safety, including:
✔️ Balance & paddling straight
✔️ Turning & stopping
✔️ Hazard awareness & self-rescue
✔️ Games and skill-building activities
Once you’re feeling confident, we’ll head out for a gentle distance paddle or keep it playful with group activities. If time allows, you’ll also have the chance for some freedom paddling within the bay.
What to bring:
👕 Quick-dry paddling clothes (swimwear, shorts/leggings, rash top/thermal)
🧥 Spare warm clothes (a fleece layer in winter is a must!)
🧴 Sunscreen & hat
🧺 Towel, water bottle & snacks/lunch
😊 Plenty of smiles, energy, and enthusiasm!
