About this Event
Saturday Morning Mixed Martial Arts session is about building brotherhood, getting stronger together, and learning MMA in a safe, structured environment. All levels are welcome.
We start with a group jog, followed by a military-style calisthenics workout to build conditioning and discipline. From there, we move into one-on-one competitive calisthenics and team-based challenges to build grit and camaraderie.
Technical training includes partner drills covering standing punches and kicks, clinch work, takedowns, ground control, and basic submissions. Controlled sparring follows, with safety and respect as priorities.
We finish with Champion of the Day—one person stays in the middle while others rotate in to test skill, endurance, and heart.
After training, we cool down together with food and beer to close out the morning as a team.
