About the Show

Adventures in Time! The Time Travel Series invites you on an interactive, musical journey into the past. Writing Stories! Wowser Bowser! introduces you to Washington, DC icons Helen Hayes and Benjamin Banneker. Learn about their important contributions and discover how to write your own stories. Written by Duncan Hood, Mathew Johnson, and Gale Nemec.


Time and Place

Performances will take place at 10am on Saturday, March14th and March 28th in the Helen Hayes Gallery of The National Theatre, located at 1321 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004. Children will be encouraged to sit on rainbow mats on the floor and parents to sit in chairs behind.


Tickets and Donations

Registration is FREE but donations are welcome. In the event of a sellout, please feel free to join the waitlist; we also accept walk-ups, pending the availability of space.


Audience

This performance is ideal for children ages 3-6 but all are welcome!


Accessibility

This performance will be ASL-interpreted. The space is wheelchair accessible.
