Sattva Yoga, developed by Anand Mehrotra in the Himalayas, weaves together ancient practices to create a transformative journey of breath, movement, and meditation.
Each class blends multiple modalities—including Pranayama (breathwork), Kriya (breath- and mantra-based techniques), Meditation, and Asana (postures to ground or distribute energy)—crafted around a unique theme for the day.
Depending on the focus, practices may be activating and energizing, quiet and calming, or a dynamic balance of both.
