• Route:
• Start Time: Meet at Knees Up at 8:30 AM, for 9:00 AM departure.
• Bag Drop: Available at Knees Up.
• 2 Pace Groups: 5:15-5:30 min/km, 6:00-6:15 min/km.
• Fuel provided by Maurten.
• Post-Run: Pastries and coffee to recharge, courtesy of our friends at Knees Up.

All paces, all faces. This run is open to everyone with a minimum of experience and feeling comfortable running for over an hour. No one gets left behind.
