Dance fitness class taught by a former Denver Nuggets Dancer!
Break a sweat and move your body in a dance fitness class inspired by the sideline routines of the Denver Nuggets Dance Team! Jazz, hip-hop, burlesque, pom-pom, and Latin style dance fitness routines that are easy to follow with choreography breakdowns in between songs.
Cool down after the routines with Pilates and yoga inspired mat-based strength training. Challenge and modification options make the class completely customizable for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Whether you have always wanted to dance, used to dance, or currently dance, this class is for you! You’re only one workout away from a great mood!
We dance in the dark to your favorite music to get you out of your head and feeling great in your body. We are body positive and all inclusive. This class is for everyone!
Six week program $120 (includes poms, water bottle and practice bag).
Single class $20, Unlimited 2 week trial $39.99. Stay for burlesque class at 7!
