12.30 Examine an exhibition of items specific to schools curated by Society staff in advance for SARA. They will create a display around the theme of education including family research paper, school logbooks, family scrap books and memorabilia, teachers' registers and printed materials from the SOG Library such as published school registers and records.

Afternoon:
Tour of premises including research room and Library
Research time: learn how to access Court Records, Parish Registers, Poor Law documents and apprenticeships to conduct authoritative research into family history. If you have a specific interest you can pre-order a specific item to view on the day.
