Hey, I’m Heather (@wildheather_wellness on Instagram and heathergrantwellness.com on the web). Welcome to Sapphic Sundays: a gathering for queer women, trans, non-binary folks, and whoever else feels connected to the sapphic* community.
Each session blends mindful practices with relaxed journaling and a sacred circle to help you slow down, reflect, and connect.
Come as you are. Move, breathe, and share in a space made for softness, safety, and genuine connection.
Why?
I've spent lots of time in wellness spaces and spiritual circles that have felt incredibly gendered, toxically positive, or subtly heteronormative. I've also felt the flipside, where queer events seem to be focused around big crowds, late nights, and alcohol, which just isn't my vibe. So I've decided to create a Sapphic Sundays!
What?
10.30 -11:30: Meditation & gentle movement
Arrive and settle with a guided meditation and gentle movement to ground into your body.
11.30-12.30: Circle & journaling
I'll share herbal tea, journaling prompts, and open a circle for soulful conversation.
Leave with a goodie bag
Filled with wholesome wellness goodies!
Optional mooch around town after!
NB: If there's anything you need to make the space more comfortable for you (fidget toys/ sensory considerations etc.), let me know.
