Saol Ballet 55+Saol means life! Join us for this graceful ballet class for the older dancer. Our Saol program is for the 55+ dancer body, who may need a gentler approach or softer pace than other courses. We will start at the ballet barre, focusing on ballet vocabulary and skills, then move into the centre for some light and graceful choreography. Float away! No jumping in this class.
