This winter we welcome you to the heritages of Bengal tucked away deep into the villages of Bengal. Admire the workmanship, hear the amazing history of these places and enjoy the hospitality of the village folks. A great attraction is the Nandan Mela at Vishwabharati campus, held by Kala Bhaban on 1st and 2nd December only, to celebrate the birthday of Nandalal Bose.
JOURNEY BY TRAIN : AC CHAIR CAR
ACCOMMODATION:
At Tepantor Theatre Village : Non AC Mud Hut or Bamboo cottage (whichever is available) with attached toilet (with WC) having running water. Hot water will be available in buckets only. Since there is only one Mud Hut, this will be allotted to the person booking with payment first.
TRANSPORTATION :
For Station pick up and drop and for sight seeing NON AC Vehicles will be used. 6 persons to sit per car. Car to be deployed can be either Sumo or Bolero or Xylo. Guests are requested to please rotate your seating arrangements at intervals.
Locally Toto may also be used depending on the itinerary and time.
FOOD : From breakfast on Dec 2 to Lunch on Dec 4.
INCLUSIONS:
1. Train fare (only basic train fare of Rs 315/- & Rs 300/- for up and down per person)
2. Car hire and parking charges
3. Toto charges
4. All Food cost (Fixed menu at our fixed places)
6. Accommodation cost
EXCLUSIONS:
1. Any usage of any other mode of transport other than what is provided
2. Any usage of mineral water in rooms
3. Any tips to anybody
4. Any additional beverages or snacks or food consumed other than what is provided in package
6. Any other charges outside the package.
7. Cost of any entry tickets, any ride charges, camera charges and guide charges.
CHARGES:
Rs 12,850/- per person on double occupancy.

Although we provide our best of services, we will not take any responsibility for any car mechanical problems, electricity fluctuations in place of stay. No adjustments in rates will be made in such eventuality.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE CARRY YOUR ORIGINAL PHOTO ID CARD. OUR REPRESENTATIVE WILL RECEIVE YOU AT THE STATION. THE ENTIRE TOUR WILL BE GUIDED BY OUR REPRESENTATIVE AS PER OUR CURATION.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
1. 30% will be deducted for cancellations at any time before 150 days of the event plus Train cancellation and Agent charges
2. 50% will be deducted for cancellations at any time between 120 to 149 days of the event plus Train cancellation and Agent charges
2. No Refunds on Cancellations within 0 to 119 days of the day of journey. Train cancellation and Agent charges will be charged in addition.
