ITINERARY (SUBJECT TO MODIFICATIONS DEPENDING ON GROUND REALITIES):
Day 1 : Arrival at Puri. Transfer to Konark. Evening free
Day 2 : Explore the Konark Sun temple and Konark Beach at morning. Evening be present at the Dance Festival & Sand Art Festival
Day 3 : After breakfast we will take you to explore Udaygiri Khandagiri Caves, Dhauli & Lingaraj temple. Evening be present at the Dance Festival & Sand Art Festival
Day 4 : After breakfast check out for drop to Bhubaneswar station. On the way visit the beautiful Mukteswara and Hirapur Temple. Return to Howrah.
FOR SIGHT SEEING & ALL STATION TRANSFERS :
1. AC Car will be used mostly for long distance travels
2. Toto/Auto where necessary
ACCOMMODATION :
1. AC Deluxe Rooms or AC Executive Rooms at OTDC Yatriniwas Konark. Walking distance from Konark Sun Temple.
FOOD PLAN :
From Lunch on December 3 to Lunch on December 6. Food will be at our designated places and can be at dhabas along the highways and not always at your place of stay. This will depend on the time and place. Decision taken by us regarding this is final and binding on all group members.
INCLUSIONS :
* Train Fare as mentioned (only the basic fare with reservations). Rs 1245+ Rs 1275 in Vande Bharat CC. (If you ask us to do the train reservations for you, then online and Agent Charges will be additional)
* All Conveyance cost
* All accommodation cost
* All food cost (breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner)
EXCLUSIONS:
* Entry ticket and other admission charges
* Camera charges
* Guide charges
* Any beverages, mineral water, soft drinks or any food consumed outside our package
* Any usage of vehicle beyond the stipulated route and time
* Any expenses of personal nature
DISCLAIMER :
1) We are not responsible for any power cuts or electric fluctuations in your place of stay. We are not responsible for the quality of rooms provided at each place, although bookings of rooms will be made as specified. We are also not responsible for any mechanical problems in the car used by us. No deduction or adjustment of package charge will be made in such cases.
2) For sightseeing guests will have to go walk uphill/downhill from the parking point of vehicles.
3) If the Dance Festival and International Sand Art Festival does not take place on the days of our stay in Konark or are called off by organising committee, we are not liable for such action and no refunds can be made either in part or in whole of the package charge
CHARGES:
1) For DELUXE DOUBLE BED ROOMS : All inclusive @ Rs 28,150/- (plus on line and Agent Charges if we do your reservations)
2) 1) For EXECUTIVE DOUBLE BED ROOMS : All inclusive @ Rs 30,550/- (plus on line and Agent Charges if we do your reservations)
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. 30% advance for booking
2. Balance 30% before 120 days of the day of journey
3. Balance 40% before 60 days of the day of journey
CANCELLATION POLICY :
1. 30% of package charge for any cancellation made at any time before 120 days of the date of journey
3. 60% of package charge for any cancellation made between 60 and 119 days of the day of journey
4. 100% of package charge for any cancellation made between 0 and 59 days of the day of journey
