Aria Vesper is a lifelong devotee of movement arts and embodied healing. Her background includes gymnastics, yoga, aerial and partner acrobatics, ballet, and lyrical dance. She is a CMT, Reiki practitioner, and embodiment coach, and has spent the past 10+ years exploring Contact Improvisation as both creative expression and a path of personal transformation.
Embodiment has been central to her own healing journey, and she is passionate about sharing the tools that helped her move through anxiety and unlock her creative potential. Drawing inspiration from circling and parts work, she facilitates spaces that invite brave and tender exploration of what moves within us as we move together.
