Join Syreeta Stracey (Co-founder of S&P.e) for her unique blend of Dance Fitness and an afternoon of movement and rhythms from around the world, including Latino, Caribbean, Afrobeats and more. Laugh, sweat and connect. Leave feeling elated.

The event will take place at Pineapple Dance Studios - Studio 79.

**Please bring water, a towel and trainers to dance in.

Meet Your Host:

Syreeta Stracey

Syreeta is a former Team GB athlete and certified instructor in Dance, Yoga, and Fitness with 20+ years of experience. A Master Trainer and international presenter, she has worked across the UK, Caribbean, and US, including live sports broadcasting and major fitness events. Syreeta is passionate about inclusive movement, having coached clients with Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, and dementia. Her joyful energy and empowering style inspire lasting strength—inside and out.
