About This Workshop:
This is not theory. This is not performance. This is a direct, living transmission.
In this two-hour journey, you will be guided into deep coherence through somatic experiencing and energy attunement while immersed in a live soundscape woven in real time from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, ocean wave drum, and subtle vocal tones.
You will learn how to feel energy with your hands, to sense subtle shifts in your biofield and the energy fields around you and to perform self-healing—clearing stagnation, restoring energetic flow, and anchoring vitality. You will also be taught how to safely share this healing with others, using grounded presence, consent, and energetic hygiene.
Through guided gentle movements, visualization, and advanced ancient breath-work techniques, you will be invited to return to your most authentic, divinely embodied state—a remembering of the wholeness that has always lived within you. At the heart of this return is the awakening of Kundalini—the primordial current coiled at the base of the spine, not as metaphor, but as intelligent, self-organizing voltage. This is the force that rewrites the nervous system, dissolves inherited survival patterns, and activates the body as a sovereign field of divine command.
You will be taught simple, powerful techniques to:
- Use somatic awareness to release held tension and/or emotional trauma stored in the fascial web—the living matrix that holds not just form, but memory, emotion, and energetic signature.
- Activate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)—not just a physical current, but the river of light that bathes the central spinal channel. This is the body’s inner starlight, the carrier of divine signal from crown to sacrum.
- Awaken Kundalini through precise breath, sound, and somatic ignition. Feel it rise as a column of pure intelligence through the central channel, dissolving blockages and recalibrating the endocrine system.
- Activate the pineal gland as a living transducer of cosmic frequency. Through targeted resonance, you will learn to charge its crystalline matrix, shift brainwave states, and access non-local awareness.
