Come join us for a rejuvenating weekend at the tranquil Holy Spirit Retreat Center in Encino on Friday, November 7 - Sunday, November 9, 2025. THIS IS A THREE-DAY EVENT!

This retreat is specifically designed for women looking to connect, share stories, and support each other on their journey to recovery from eating disorders using a 12-step program. Learn how giving to others and receiving support will jumpstart your recovery. There will be many fun and interactive activities including 12 step-based workshops, meditation, nature walk, speaker panel, and evening entertainment. You will leave rejuvenated and with a plan for your success in recovery.

Check in starts Friday at 4:00 for lodgers. Our evening event begins at 5:30 pm with a delicious, healthy dinner. The retreat ends Sunday at 12 pm. We can't wait to see you there!

Info: FRIDAY AGENDA: Check for lodgers will begin at 4:00 pm. Buffet dinner and icebreaker starts at 5:30 pm. The main event starts at 6:30 pm and will end at 9:00 pm.
SATURDAY AGENDA: Breakfast is from 8:00 to 8:45 am. Morning sessions start at 9:00 am. Lunch will be served at 12:00 pm. Afternoon sessions are from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. There will be free time from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm to rest, socialize, or do other relaxing activities. Dinner will be from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Our surprise evening entertainment will start at 6:45 pm and end at 9:00 pm.
SUNDAY EVENT: Breakfast is from 8:00 to 8:45 am. Morning sessions start at 9:00 am. The retreat ends at 12:00 pm.
A participant guide including our activities will be provided. We recommend bringing layered clothing, writing utensils, journals, your Big Book, and an opening heart and mind.
