We encourage you to extend invitations to others to join both our Facebook group and our in-person gathering.
During our previous Roundtable, we formally approved the preamble, mission statement, agreements, and accord, with the understanding that certain amendments have been deferred for discussion in December.
Discussions have commenced with Pecs concerning our all-clubs event. This outreach initiative is designed to be inclusive, inviting all clubs, groups, and organizations to establish a presence for community members who are interested in learning more and potentially joining your respective groups.
We will be re-evaluating our individual objectives for participating in the Roundtable. Opening discussions to initiate our first community action steps.
Discussions will include the specifics of facilitator rotation and the potential establishment of specialized working circles.
The Roundtable was always intended to function as a collective voice for our communities, rather than a committee. It serves as an ongoing dialogue regarding how we can best support our community. Our current objective is to sustain this conversation, ensuring its evolution and accessibility to all.
