When one partner is using AI for surge prediction while another is still on spreadsheets, those gaps surface in real time. The "Same Emergency, Different Tools" workshop identifies those blind spots before they affect coordination in the moments that matter most.
Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, coalition members build individual models of how AI is reshaping their work and what it puts at risk across the coalition. Small groups then construct a shared landscape to overcome coordination challenges and map the advancements needed to strengthen emergency preparedness.
