Event Experience
Drum & Rhythm Workshop – Learn the fundamentals of Brazilian samba drumming, explore call-and-response techniques, and experience the synergy of rhythm and community.
Dance & Theatre Exercises – Engage in movement practices that enhance perception, connection, and group synergy.
Mindful Movement & Yoga – Close the event with a gentle yoga and qigong-inspired practice, offering tools for self-connection and emotional balance during challenging times.
Facilitators
