After a longer pause of a few months, I’m very happy to warmly invite you back to my Salt & Sound Meditation Journey & Sound Bath sessions.
A few months ago, I went on a dream trip to Hawaii. Even after returning home to the UK, I found that the trip took me deeper than I ever imagined. That’s why I’ve been quiet for a little while. But here I am, ready to open this space for You again 🤍

So, what is this journey about?
This is more than just a meditation.
Each session is personally created and guided by me, intuitively shaped around what feels most needed at the time. Drawing on my experience as a Theta Healing Practitioner and years of meditation practice, I gently guide you into alpha and theta brainwave states, supporting deep relaxation, inner balance, and natural healing.
The experience is supported by healing instruments such as 432 Hz Quartz Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, and a Gong, working together to calm the nervous system and promote emotional and physical well-being.
The session takes place in a salt room, offering additional benefits for respiratory health, skin, and overall well-being.
You’ll rest comfortably on Zero Gravity Chairs, with a blanket provided — there’s nothing you need to bring.
