Let's meet up again to have a moment of deep relaxation, healing, and inner peace.
🌟 In the soothing environment of the salt room, we’ll come together for live-guided meditation and sound healing with crystal bowls, gongs, and koshi chimes. This sacred space offers a chance to step away from the busy world and reconnect with yourself.
For these sessions, I personally create the meditation after reflecting on what feels most needed at this time.
Drawing on my experience as a Theta Healing Practitioner, as well as many years of personal meditation practice,
I’m excited to share this with You🫶🏼.
My goal is to guide you into alpha and theta brainwave states, which are deeply beneficial for relaxation and healing.
This is not just a meditation;
it's a gentle, holistic experience.
Alongside the meditation, we’ll be using a variety of instruments, including 432 Hz Quartz Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, and a Gong, among others. These sounds work together to promote harmony, reduce stress, and support both emotional and physical well-being.
You don’t need to bring anything with you—no mats, cushions, or blankets. We provide each participant with a Zero Gravity Chair, which reclines to make you feel like you’re floating in the air, plus a cozy blanket for extra comfort. Just wear comfortable clothes and come as you are☺️
The price is £20 for a 60-minute session.
