Salsa Fusion: Rhythm & Burn is a high-energy 4-week Latin dance and fitness experience.
designed for individuals who want to move, sweat, and build confidence through rhythm and movement—no partner required!
This fun and beginner-friendly class blends salsa-inspired movement, Latin grooves, rhythm training, timing exercises, and aerobic-style dance fitness into one exciting experience that keeps your body moving and your energy high. Whether you’re looking for a fresh workout, a confidence boost, or simply a fun way to move your body, this class delivers the perfect mix of dance, cardio, and community.
Unlike traditional salsa classes, this is not a partnered dance course. Instead, participants will focus on individual movement, musicality, coordination, body movement, footwork, and endurance while enjoying the vibrant energy of Latin music and dance culture.

Week 1 – Foundations of Salsa Rhythm & Movement

Week 2 – Latin Groove & Cardio Conditioning

Week 3 – Fusion Movement & Self-Expression
