This class is a 5-week movement exploration designed for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, build confidence, and experience the joy of self-expression through dance and creative movement. This welcoming, beginner-friendly class invites participants of all backgrounds and experience levels to explore rhythm, discover different movement styles, and develop their own unique way of moving—without pressure or performance expectations.
Each week focuses on building comfort in the body, understanding musical rhythm, exploring a variety of dance influences, and using movement as a tool for storytelling and emotional expression. More than a dance class, this is a supportive space to release judgment, build confidence, and cultivate creativity through embodied experience.
Whether you are brand new to movement, returning after time away, or simply looking for a fun and meaningful way to connect with yourself and others, this class offers a grounded and uplifting environment to explore. No prior dance experience is required— just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to move like yourself.
