Salsa & Connect is more than a dance event – it’s a space to reconnect with people, build confidence, and experience the joy of real-life connection through music and movement.
Making new friends as an adult isn’t always easy. Busy lives, work commitments, and digital habits can make it difficult to meet people in a natural way. We created Salsa & Connect to change that — by bringing people together through movement, conversation, and shared experiences in a relaxed, welcoming space.
This event is all about connection, confidence, and community. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll be part of an evening designed to help people open up, meet new faces, and build genuine connections that go beyond the dance floor.
In a world where so much interaction happens through phones, this event invites you to unplug and be present. Through salsa dancing, you’ll meet new people, share energy on the dance floor, and become part of a welcoming and supportive community.
Whether you’ve never danced before or already love salsa, everyone is welcome. The evening will include some connection-focused activities, a beginner-friendly salsa class to get you moving, followed by plenty of time to dance, socialise, and connect.

Tickets:
General admission £10 - connection activites, salsa class, social
Social £5 from 9pm - no class, just freestyle salsa social
What to Wear:
Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable
Shoes - trainers, heels, or whatever you can dance in
Food & Drink:
Will be available to purchase at the venue and there will be a break between classes and social to allow time to order food & drink
