Impractical Jokers combines the hidden-camera humor of Candid Camera with the jokers’ unstoppable quest to humiliate each other. Sal Vulcano and his fellow jokers emerged from an improv/sketch comedy crew called The Tenderloins. The ‘Loins made a successful transition to posting online material which evolved into Impractical Jokers.
