Welcome to a serene, creative journey exploring Eastern art and traditional Chinese tea culture! These are beginner-friendly, hands-on workshops designed for art lovers, anyone looking to unwind, and people eager to create unique handmade artworks—NO prior art experience required. Join us to slow down, relax, connect with traditional culture, and craft beautiful pieces you’ll be proud to take home!
We offer 3 separate standalone workshops. You can sign up for one or all sessions! All art supplies and authentic Chinese tea tasting (including herbal teas) are fully provided for FREE—just bring yourself and your creativity!
Workshop 2: Sakura Acrylic Painting & Contemporary Freestyle Expression

• Learn foundational acrylic painting skills: brush handling, color layering, texture creation, and basic color theory for contemporary art
• Explore contemporary freestyle expression techniques: break away from traditional painting rules, use bold colors, brushstrokes and textures to interpret the beauty of sakura in your own unique way
• Capture the soft, romantic vibe of cherry blossoms while adding personal creative flair, no strict drawing skills required
• Experiment with freestyle composition, expressive brushwork, and modern color matching to make your artwork one-of-a-kind

Take a peaceful break with a free authentic Chinese tea tasting included with the workshop. We’ll share the essence of traditional Chinese tea culture, introduce a selection of classic Chinese teas and soothing herbal teas, break down the cultural connotations and proper tasting etiquette of Chinese tea, and let you sip warm, fragrant tea while brainstorming creative ideas for your freestyle acrylic artwork, blending contemporary creative energy with the tranquility of Chinese tea culture.
