Guests will enjoy seven carefully selected sakes and a distinctive shochu while learning about the history, craftsmanship, and flavor profiles behind each pour. From crisp and refreshing to rich and complex, the tasting showcases the range and versatility of Japan’s iconic spirits.
The evening also includes instruction and demonstrations for two sake cocktails. Guests will learn simple techniques and recipes that can easily be recreated at home, adding a fun and interactive element to the experience.
