ki is thrilled to announce an intimate sake dinner to celebrate autumn and the beginning sake brewing season. Please join host Sake Samurai Michael Tremblay and Nancy Matsumoto, co-author of Exploring the World of Japanese Craft Sake, and special guest Keith Norum from Nagano's famed Miyasaka Jozo, makers of the Masumi brand, on an exploration of Japan through a curated list of fine sake. The sakes will be paired with a six-course menu created by ki's Executive Chef Hing Wong. Autographed copies of Exploring the World of Japanese Craft Sake will be available for purchase.
