About this Event
The Sistering Series is the Sage D Collective’s signature event series designed to extend the impact of Legacy Leadership beyond the cohort and into the wider community. Our 2026 Executives will step forward as subject matter experts and facilitators, sharing the insights, tools, and lived experience they are sharpening inside the program.
But, what is Sistering? “Sistering” is a construction term that means reinforcing what already exists rather than tearing it down and starting over. That is our approach to leadership. We strengthen what is already working while developing our leaders where they are. We invest in forward movement without abandoning the foundation of the work.
Over the next few weeks, we will explore this season’s topics and the leaders behind them. Expect conversations grounded in practice, focused on real community benefit, and rooted in sustainable growth.
Our Speakers and Topics:
- March 25: Leslie Quigless's High & Deep, Holy & Hot -- Pleasure, Trauma, and Orgasm as a Direct Path to Glory
- April 8: Dia Parker's Lift As We Lead
- April 22: Lynn McIntosh's Brand Resilience During Revolutionary Times
- May 20: Charmaine Minniefield's Remembrance as Resistance: A Community Gathering with the Praise House Project
