SAFE Voices: 8 Week Support Group

SAFE Voices is an 8-week closed peer support group for individuals who have experienced or are currently experiencing abuse. Facilitator-led, the program offers a safe and supportive space to connect with other survivors, share lived experiences, and support healing outside of professional services.

Topics include self-compassion, understanding abuse, boundaries, and goal setting. Participants will receive learning and activity booklets at the start of the program, and light refreshments may be provided.

This is a closed group. Signing up for June 10 will register you for all sessions on June 10, 17, 24, July 8, 15, 22, 29, and August 5. There will be no session on July 1.
