Join ambassador Megan Hughes for a free 45-minute outdoor Pilates class, powered by lululemon Lakeshore. We'll have giveaways, light refreshments, and partner activations to guide you through the session.

Don't forget to bring your own mat!

While the class is free, please bring a donation item for the Halton Woman's Place. Here’s what they need:

• Shampoo and Conditioner
• Men's/boy's toiletries for tween and teen boys staying in shelters
• Diapers sizes 6-7
• School snacks for kids to take to camp or school
• Hand soaps
• Boys toilet training briefs
• Pillows
