About this Event
We all have a story to tell. And under that story, there is emotion, there is sensation, there is a story our body has been carrying that is waiting to be witnessed.
This circle is a space for slowing down, reflecting, touching into the truth and wisdom within each of us, and sharing from our bodies and hearts. Together, we remember the answer is within us, and we create safe space for expressing our knowings.
This is a place to feel together, to heal together, to witness ourselves and each other, to come deeper into our bodies and sense into safety, connection, and love.
This is not a space of unconscious dumping, advice-giving, problem-solving, blaming or shaming, or trying to show up with a perfect lesson or story.
In this circle:
We come as we are, and we meet each other there.
We allow somatic practices to bring us into presence.
We honor our truth in what wants to be shared and not shared.
We tell only what is ours to tell.
We support through curiosity and compassion.
We maintain trust and integrity through confidentiality.
A typical flow for this circle may include a somatic arrival and centering practice, welcoming each member, a reading and/or prompt for exploration, self-reflection time, group shares, and a closing practice.
We are offering this circle on a donation-basis and want this to be accessible for all. If you feel called and have the means to contribute financially, you may donate here when you purchase a Donation ticket, or you can select a Free ticket and donate through Venmo (@Meagan-Connley), or bring cash the day of. A suggested sliding scale donation could be $10/$15/$20.
The circle will be facilitated by Meagan Connley.
This circle is for female-identifying folks.
We plan to host this the second Thursday of each month, and you may attend as you feel called and have availability for.
To support the intimate and safe space, and to allow time for each woman, we are starting with a circle size of 8 women. We may adjust over time.
Please plan to be present for the full 90 minutes of circle.
You may wish to bring a journal for self-reflection time, water or other beverage, and dress comfortably.

Meagan Connley, Founder of Presence With Love, is a trauma-informed Integrative Somatic Coach + Enneagram Facilitator based in the greater Cincinnati area who supports individuals on the path of remembering their wholeness. She serves as a gentle mirror and provides a safe space for allowing your full self to be seen, heard, and felt through one-on-one, couples, and group offerings.
In being present with you, Meagan leverages her professional background, multiple certifications, and lived experience of healing and growth work to allow for discovering a deeper truth together. In addition to her MBA and 12 years of corporate analytics and consulting experience, she has over 200 hours of Enneagram training through IEA accredited programs, and is also certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy (offering a lens of Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems and other somatic modalities), Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead curriculum, PSYCH-K®, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
