About this Event
Join us for SAFE Presents: A SAFE Trail!
Step into a softer pace with A SAFE Trail, a gentle, trauma informed hike created to offer space, breath, and connection.
Set along the shoreline at Confederation Beach in Hamilton, this guided experience invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through nature. There is no pressure to keep up or push beyond your limits, just an opportunity to move gently, notice what’s around you, and be present in a supportive environment.
This is a space where you can simply exist as you are. Whether you come for quiet reflection, fresh air, or connection with others, you are welcome here.
We are honoured to host this event in collaboration with Happy Hikers Hamilton, a community rooted in bringing people together through shared outdoor experiences.
Open to all experience levels, this hike is designed to be accessible, grounding, and inclusive. All you need is comfortable shoes and a willingness to show up at your own pace.
Nature heals. Community supports. Together, we thrive.
SAFE (Survivor Advocates for Empowerment) is a volunteer based, survivor led nonprofit created by and for survivors of gender based violence. We provide spaces of compassion and understanding where survivors can find support, access reliable information, and have their voices heard.
