A day for ourselves.

Through Psychedelic Breathwork®, ecstatic dance, and meditative drawing, we will create a shared space to release the weight of mental overload — the kind that comes from activism fatigue, the current global situation, or the experience of being a migrant, or standing alongside those who are.

This is a day about freedom of movement, letting go, and self-expression — but also about coming together as a temporary community, even if just for a few hours, to reflect, ground ourselves, and recharge collectively.

The gathering is open to Mediterranea activists and to anyone who feels connected to these themes.

Contribution:

€25 — half day (morning or afternoon) | €40 — full day
