Safe Dynamic Yoga (60 mins)
A dynamic but grounded yoga class designed to help you feel stronger, lighter, and more connected to your body.
We move dynamically to build heat, strength, mobility, and stability —
but always with careful attention to alignment, breath, and nervous system regulation.
This is not about pushing into extreme shapes.
It’s about creating a practice that feels sustainable long-term.
A big focus of my teaching is transitions:
how we move into poses, and how we come out of them safely.
Because often, that’s where the body learns the most.
The second half of class slows down with deeper stretches and grounding work to release accumulated tension from the week.

• beginners
• people returning to yoga
• women in their 40s+
• anyone wanting a stronger practice without overwhelm
