About this Event
A two-hour, slow and supportive relaxation experience designed to help you unwind, settle, and deeply rest.
Each session gently weaves together calming breathwork, guided body awareness, and restful meditation, offering space to soften, pause, and simply be. No experience is needed — everything is offered at a gentle, supportive pace.
Facilitated by Carol MacGirl, nurse, polyvagal neuropractitioner, and breathwork teacher, through Pro Training Courses.
✨ Spaces are limited to keep the space calm and supportive.
Please bring yoga mats, blankets, and pillows to create a cosy resting space.
🍎 Organic fruit and hot beverages will be provided.
