**Artisan Bread-Making Workshop**We are so excited to welcome Elizabeth Quiñones to Rowan Wellness & Gardens! Elizabeth is a professional pastry chef with an extensive career spanning the iconic bakeries of San Francisco to the tech hubs of Dublin. Born in Mexico and raised in California, Elizabeth studied culinary arts in San Francisco University. She refined her skills at San Francisco’s most prestigious culinary institutions, including the James Beard Award-winning bakery Tartine. Elizabeth also spent time shaping the next generation of chefs as a culinary secondary school teacher.
Since relocating to Ireland seven years ago, Elizabeth has continued her career in culinary and pastry—most notably as the Head of Pastry at Google Ireland. Her signature style is a dialogue between heritage and technique: merging the traditional Mexican flavours of her childhood, like hand-pressed tortillas and crusty artisan breads, with the "perfect simplicity" and grounded comfort of Irish grain. Elizabeth remains dedicated to the art of the bake, organic high quality ingredients and the stories told through dough.
