Join Yogi Man Sean and Dejah Gomez (The Empress of Sound) for SADE IN AUTUMN — a live yogic concert experience weaving together the timeless music of Sade, breathwork, yoga and sound healing.
We will begin with gentle pranayama (breathwork) to center and awaken the spirit. Sean will then guide a soulful yoga flow, harmonized by Dejah’s live renditions of Sade’s most beloved songs.
The evening closes with the deep healing of crystal singing bowls and gong sound bath; inviting rest, renewal, and radiant peace.
